Assist in strategic planning, development and implementation of targeted strategies for third party marketplaces, both internally and externally. Assist international partners by providing support to their marketplace infrastructure building and campaigns.

Primary Relationships

The position reports directly to Ecommerce Specialist and indirectly to the Global Digital Marketing Manager.

Within the organization, this position has primary working relationships with the Director of Corporate Communications, the Marketing and PR staff at TWG Tea headquarters as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organization, the position coordinates primarily with marketplace account teams and agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image
• Work with design team and team lead on the planning and production of marketplace related collaterals
• Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationships with international partners through regular contact
• Manage project timelines of each marketplace campaign and new marketplace launches
• Ensuring marketing standards in each marketplace are adhered to and that marketing/design guidelines are respected by partners and marketplaces
• Working closely with the digital warehouse team and supporting the team on order fulfilment for self run marketplaces
• Handling day to day paperwork and Liaising with Finance, Warehousing, 3rd party couriers
• Assist in shipment tracking to ensure flow in self run marketplaces
• Providing support to all internal teams in relation to relevant marketplaces
• Headline and copy writing as well as editing and proof-reading
• Updating internal staffs, local and international marketing databases on a needs basis
• Assisting during photo shoots when required.
• Conducting regular reporting and data analysis to understand specific marketplace performance
• Compiling and analysing market trends & proposing new marketplace potential
• Assisting during photo shoots when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital or Business disciplines
• Strong communication skills with excellent command of English
• Required to be fluent in written and spoken Chinese (in order to liaise with marketplaces and TWG Tea partners in North-Asia)
• Ability to manage projects independently when working in a team
• Detail oriented and able to carry out administrative tasks efficiently
• Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Word & Excel
• Results-driven and able to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Awareness of global trends
• Any sales experience working would be a plus

Requirements:

· Minimum 6 years of experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor

· Good working knowledge of interior fit-out works or additions and alterations works

Overview

The Physiotherapist is responsible for the assessment and management of patients referred for physiotherapy. Under supervision, assist in areas such as clinical supervision, research, professional education and induction.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Document patient physiotherapy records accurately
• Charge patients accurately and update individual performance statistical records regularly
• Comply with clinical and service standards
• Supervise Therapist Assistants in the workgroup
• Assist with induction of new physiotherapists deployed to the workgroup
• Supervise students on clinical attachment
• Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor / other healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Collaborate with other healthcare members and participate in multidisciplinary discussions.
• Assist and/or co-lead in projects assigned to the workgroup
• Manage and oversee therapy equipment inventory
• Review and update clinical protocols and SOPs
• Assist in developing, promoting and marketing new clinical services
• Contribute to departmental in-service training programs, hospital educational talks and external talks / workshops / forums / seminars
