As an Industry Analytics Architect and Data Scientist, you will help clients understand and extract insight and value from their data using Machine Learning and AI techniques.

You will support the design, implementation and optimization of trained models based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with program managers and bid teams to maximize the business development capacity and leverage Avanade capabilities. Skills and Capabilities:

• Previous experience as being client facing and working in project-based consulting.
• Your knowledge includes assessing and handling the opportunities and risks associated with large scale, complex projects for your enterprise clients.
• You should already have a sound knowledge in the field of mathematics and statistics and initial experience in some of the areas of advanced analytics, natural language processing, data mining, data preparation and feature engineering.
• You should be familiar with Azure Cognitive Services and ideally you have already gained practical experience in the implementation of AI solutions as well as getting to know some of the common supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.

Preferred Skills:

• You likely possess an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in machine learning, analytics, computer science, physics, applied mathematics, statistics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certifications in Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.

As a Private Client Sales Director (APAC), you are responsible for generating new business and revenue across the South East Asia market working closely with the Service Line Head, client-facing teams, and the broader sales team. Main Responsibilities

Business Development Activities

• Develop and manage Private Client intermediary and third-party services provider relationships to increase referrals
• Identify and target attractive Private Client markets and client segments in APAC buying hubs, focusing on long-term client relationships and profitable revenue generation

Business Development Targets and Pipeline Management

• Achieve and exceed personal BD targets
• Manage opportunities from inception through the sales cycle to onboarding

• Ensure that the Salesforce CRM system is updated with all contact and activity data.

Market Profile

Qualifications

Educated to degree level, with a relevant professional qualification;

• At least five years’ proven business development experience in professional services, with a minimum of three years in a Private Client based role

• Proven experience developing relationships at Managing Directors/senior management levels
• An understanding of the onshore and offshore administration market and services is preferred
• Highly computer literate (with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Experience in working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
