JOB SUMMARY
- The role holder will be accountable for business change and transformation of the Transaction Banking business and core business enablement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and executing TB Sales Enablement program. The goal of the program is to enhance Sales performance for TB Sales by working closely with other Sales Performance Management (SPM) functions, Regional Corporate Sales Heads & their Sales teams, Global functional Corporate Sales Heads (CTF, SSD, Trade Utilization and Global Content & Proposal Management) and partner Cash & Trade Product Managers, TB Finance, and TB COO teams as well as CIB Business Development team.
- In addition to the above, the role holder will be involved in delivery of key TB business change strategic initiatives and associated processes designs and improvements to meet business growth aspirations and risk reduction, whilst strengthening ways of working, execution, deliver outcomes, and ensure best in class capabilities are embedded into BAU.
- The role holder will bring a strategic mindset with focus on hands-on delivery and oversight over the outcomes and must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and building strong stakeholder relationships and communication channels across TB. The role holder will work closely with Senior Executives, Business Heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the programme and alignment with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Enablement Program
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants and SPM team to design and execute the workstreams within the Sales enablement program.
- Deliver a standardized Sales methodology and processes, instil pipeline discipline, and increase revenue realization.
- Collaborate with TB Finance and agree on key metrics to measure success and to ensure successful implementation of sales enablement program
Strategy and Execution
- Support the TB business change agenda.
- Execute a business-aligned enablement change plan (including KPIs to ensure the initiatives are embedded and adopted).
- Drive excellence in business enablement, through identifying and delivering business success requirements. Monitor and report on the realisation of benefits from the enablement initiatives, supporting them in meeting objectives.
- Drive assigned workstreams by gathering and analysing information, formulating, and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations.
Programme Management
- Govern business change projects, including ensuring requirements, timelines and detailed plans are produced and managed, tracking projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, with the flexibility and agility to change and adapt as you go.
- Ensure good programme governance through programme / project disciplines, oversight committees and correct documentation of programme plans, approaches, and documentation (as outlined in the Bank’s Programme Governance Policy and Project Management Standards).
- Produce clear documentation such as plans, briefings, timelines, processes, stakeholder comms, or meeting notes.
- Set a consistent methodology for measuring baselines and tracking/reporting benefits, tracking of transformation programmes at key milestone level (investments, costs, and benefits).
- Manage relationships with business and functional stakeholders on related projects.
- Support effective communication strategies.
Change Management
- Facilitate the delivery of business change programmes, ensuring appropriate programme structure, tracking, reporting and governance.
- Design and implement tools to support the TB business change and enablement agenda. Support TB in adopting the change, with all necessary training, resources, skills, and support in place.
- Work closely with business units across the organisation to ensure they are prepared for the change, addressing any concerns or resistance.
- Where specific subject matter expertise is required, bring together and facilitate the optimal outcome for TB and the Group and communicate it in a clear and compelling way to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with TB businesses impacted by relevant initiatives and changes to solve issues and spot opportunities as they arise.
- Ensure that all change management deliverables are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Develop and execute effective communication plans to inform and engage all relevant parties about the change. Prepare supporting documents and presentations.
- Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback on the change process, and make necessary adjustments based on this feedback.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of business enablement initiatives and facilitate effective handovers to BAU.
Risk Management & Governance
- Ensure risks are appropriately managed with the Risk Appetite, supporting mitigation and resolution of risks and issues which may impair delivery, escalating unresolved risks/issues.
- Identify, escalate, and support in the resolution of issues that have the potential to hinder or delay the implementation TB initiatives.
- Support the resolution of any issues or conflicts arising within the book of work. Work with other key project teams in TB or the Group to ensure inter-dependencies are appropriately considered and managed.
- Manage audits and assurance reviews, both internal and external.
Enterprise Agility & Business Efficiency
- Support the delivery of large-scale business enablement and change agenda, ensuring execution across the highest value items.
- Focus on streamlining and improving business efficiency (not limited to people, process, and technology) and touchpoints to support TB revenue production, utilizing lean six sigma methodology as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support in the identification of opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that address these needs.
- Embed a mindset across TB to measure success in simplifying processes and activities.
- Proactively propose improvements, enhancements, and simplifications across TB, obtaining buy-in to implement will be a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Track-record of driving demonstrable commercial change within current/ previous role or team
