The Early Intervention Programme for Infants & Children (EIPIC) helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIPIC Centre involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.

Reports to the Senior Social Worker, HOD (Social Work).

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Case Management Support

• Facilitate parents’ understanding of programme and needs of child, and enrolment of students into EIPIC.
• Establish rapport, engage parents and conduct holistic bio-psycho-social assessment of child’s and family’s needs, risks and strengths
• Demonstrate knowledge of available community resources, evaluate and identify areas for follow up (e.g. referral to internal/external resources)

2. Documentation and administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports for governing agencies, collate information and submit government means-test applications
• Provide logistical and administrative support of programmes which are conducted by the centre/department.

• Experience working with senior leadership teams and board members.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure that all documents are processed within stipulated timelines and according to the operational procedures

· Archival - Scanning / Verification / Uploading

· Ensure all scanned documents are indexed correctly.

· Check and verify all documents and ensure its accuracy during verification.

· Ensure all documents are uploaded into the correct adviser’s/client’s folder.

· Creation/deactivation of user account/branch/adviser’s/client’s folders.

· Check all documentation and ensure it meets requirements.

· Data-entry of key information such as client and product information, premium amount into system

· Approve submission in online platform (internal / external system)

· Build and maintain good working relationships across all levels of personnel, internally and externally;

· Ensure accurate and timely communication network between Team members & Reporting Manager;

· Prepare, update, upload, archive and send data reports on daily, weekly and monthly frequencies (ad-hoc as and when required)

· Ensure all information/reports are accurate before disseminating to relevant departments within timeline

· Prepare and/or participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) for new system applications (ad-hoc as and when required)

· Data cleaning/checking (ad-hoc)

· Any Ad hoc duties which may include assisting other staff members and answering queries from advisers

The Job

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all pre-production, production and post-production matters.
• Assist in liaison work with internal production units and external companies.
• Work with the production team to prepare/break down the finalized scripts for production. This includes arranging/scheduling and attending production meetings, location scouting, audition/casting meetings, set design meetings and script reads/rehearsals with the talents.

• ‘A' Levels or Diploma in Media related studies.
