Job Description

The Head of Treasury is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's treasury operations, FX trade processes, and financial risk management. This role includes ensuring operational excellence in cash flow, liquidity, and compliance while optimizing FX trade activities and banking relationships. Additionally, the role requires a strong Finance leader to oversee payment settlements for existing C2C and B2B/FAST partners, lead treasury activities including funding and pre-funding, and manage various FX booking activities.

Responsibilities

FX

• Liaise with bank partners, third-party providers, and the product team to manage pricing, execution details of FX rates, trade booking, and decisions on currencies to trade or hedge based on business volumes and requirements (C2B vs. B2B).
• Manage daily FX trade operations, including setting daily FX rates and optimizing partner feeder FX rates.
• Provide in-depth analysis of local and global FX markets to minimize exposure to fluctuations and manage FX risk efficiently.
• Recommend strategies for using live rates, hourly rates, or day rates based on business needs (e.g., C2B uses day-rates, B2B uses live-rates).
• Book trades and ensure execution at optimal rates (spot rates when possible) to meet business requirements.
• Manage FX positions to minimize overnight risk and maintain efficient balances.

Treasury

• Oversee day-to-day payment settlement operations, including cash disbursements, pooling, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Draw up monthly and daily reports on Liquid’s regional liquidity position, providing management with timely insights for decision-making.
• Monitor settlement timeframes, including currency cut-off times, across banking partners and service providers to ensure timely payouts.
• Ensure sufficient funds in multi-currency bank accounts, including Liquid’s accounts, Nostro/Vostro accounts, and trading accounts, to avoid overdrafts.
• Regularly review the treasury control framework to identify and reduce risks while optimizing processes.
• Recommend and implement technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Settlement

• Evaluate currency cut-off times across bank partners and third-party providers to determine settlement timelines for each currency.
• Ensure timely settlement payouts (within 45 minutes to 1 hour) based on cut-off times of banks or service providers.
• Manage the booking of trades for each currency to ensure rates are locked optimally (spot rates if possible).
• Maintain oversight of settlement flows, ensuring operational excellence in liquidity management and avoiding overdraft situations.

Other Tasks

• Prepare Assignment Confirmations, Product Specification Documents, and Product Implementation Documents for new projects that enhance client service offerings or improve internal team efficiencies.
• Participate in the design, optimization, and management of treasury-related processes to align with company policies, budgets, and regional requirements.
• Collaborate with the product and finance teams to analyze market developments and trends, enabling optimal assessments of client transactions and positions.
• Manage banking relationships, including negotiating favorable terms for FX rates, settlement windows, and prefunding requirements, and tracking banking fees to ensure cost-efficiency.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

HICC Pet® stands for “Health Innovations for Cleaner, Comfier Pets”. We are a pet health and wellness solutions company that creates ethical pet care products blended with clean ingredients. Job Responsibilities:

1. Pet Grooming & Care Independently perform baths, grooming, trimming, and styling for common dog breeds, ensuring that each pet’s appearance aligns with breed characteristics and customer preferences.
   Design and implement personalized grooming plans based on the pet’s personality, fur condition, and individual needs.
   
2. Customer Service & Consultation Greet and assist pet owners, providing professional consultations and helping clients choose appropriate grooming services and products.
   Independently introduce and promote HICC PET pet care products to clients, explaining their usage and benefits, and achieving sales targets.
   
3. Video Filming & Knowledge Sharing Participate in filming during the grooming process, sharing pet care, grooming, and maintenance tips, and engaging with the audience to increase brand visibility.
   Have strong on-camera presence and social media appeal, able to attract and interact with viewers while providing valuable pet care knowledge.
   

Job Requirements:

1. Passion for Animals & Pet Care Knowledge A deep love for pets with an understanding of various pet types, behaviors, and needs. Solid knowledge of pet care and grooming techniques.
   Ability to tailor grooming services to meet the specific requirements of different pets, ensuring high-quality results.
   
2. Skills & Experience At least 1 year of pet grooming experience, with proficiency in bathing, trimming, and styling common dog breeds.
   Strong grooming design skills, capable of creating customized grooming styles based on the pet's features and the owner’s preferences.
   
3. Excellent Communication & Customer Service Strong customer service skills with the ability to independently interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice.
   Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of communicating effectively with domestic and international clients.
   
4. Energetic, Friendly, and Willing to Learn A positive, energetic personality with a strong sense of affinity, capable of building strong relationships with pets and clients.
   Diligent and eager to continuously improve grooming skills, keeping up with trends in the pet care industry.
   
5. Comfortable with Filming & Sharing Willing to be filmed during work and able to present pet care techniques and grooming tips naturally and confidently.
   Enjoys sharing pet care and grooming knowledge through video and other platforms, engaging with pet lovers and building an online presence.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and accomplished new business sales professional to join our growing Singapore team, focused on winning new business from the Corporate vertical market throughout APAC. Who You Are

• An experienced hunter who has sold to corporate vertical markets across APAC. It is essential that you have sold SaaS technology, market intelligence/insights and/or financial information to the corporate marketplace, which could include selling into; Technology, Media, Telecoms, Energy, Industrial, Professional Services, Life Science or CPG vertical markets.
• You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets; we are building a team of top sales performers and a great winning culture, so we are looking for people who share the same experience and values and together we can continue on our explosive growth
• Able to prospect and build a pipeline, from identifying the right opportunities to gaining access to the right levels of and across an organization; influencing and building advocacy to create the conditions for enterprise

What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for the end-end sales processes in your territory, targeting multiple corporate research departments.
• This is a new client acquisition sales leadership role, requiring you to lead and grow your team, research opportunities, initiate discussions, build prospect relationships, coach and conduct demos, manage product trials and close sales.
• Forecast accurately and develop necessary pipeline to meet and exceed goals
• Partner closely with our marketing team to expand brand awareness
• Work closely with our Product Specialist team during trials to ensure client engagement
• Gather and pass on information on market and client product needs to sales, product management, content, and product marketing to help us continually enhance our products

Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineer shall be expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.

- Degree holder with about 5 years’ experience or Diploma holders with 8 years’

experience in design and implementation.

- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

- Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently

- Good interpersonal/communicational skills

- Experience as a consulting in the construction industry is a pre-requisite
