Roles & Responsibilities

· Responsible for electrical and instrument preliminary and detailed design, costing, procurement and execution for company's proposals and projects

· Front end engineering design and detailed engineering design work of electrical (load calculation, SLD design, cable scheduling, cable routing, instrument hookup), drawings and relevant documents for submission

· Work out the BOM, Schedule and follow up with Procurement for timely delivery

· Work with inter departments, customers, and vendors to deliver the best technical solution for the electrical works

· Support project implementation by attending site on a daily or regular basis to facilitate the flow of and resolution of field issues

· To lead testing and commissioning of electrical systems

· To monitor and update project schedule

· To manage and supervise the clearance of punch list to ensure timely project completion

· To prepare document for submission and handover to clients

· Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirement

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

· Preferably Proficent with AutoCad Plant 3D

· Min 3 years of working experience in related field

· Able to work independently and a team player

· Honest, responsible, and organized

Job Description

• Extract insights from raw data and present them clearly through reports, visualisations, or analysis.
• Assist sales and marketing teams by generating and maintaining statistical reports and data.
• Collaborate with data scientists to curate and improve JobTech’s data engine, including but not limited to data curation and model improvement.
• Address client queries on JobTech’s data and analytics solutions, validations and capabilities.
• Independently diagnose and resolve data quality issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Propose, manage and build long term solutions to improve data integrity (both engineering and people management aspects).
• Research, evaluate and experiment on new data models or improvements on existing models.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python (for data analytics) and SQL, 1 to 2 years of experience is required.

• Experience with interactive visualisations or dashboard frameworks such as Plotly and Dash is an added advantage.

The key focus would be to lead complex change initiatives within the organisation’s Front Office and play a key role in shaping and implementing the Front Office’s change management strategies.

• Serve as the change management specialists for the front office.
• Support the Bank’s transformation and change programs in respect of front office engagement and business integration to support appropriate front office behaviors and enable business effectiveness. An immediate focus is the Bank’s CLM TOM Program.
• Oversee impact assessments, stakeholder management plans, and change readiness activities which impact the front office.
• Support, facilitate, design, and deliver change delivery, communication and engagement strategies or implementation plans for the front office working closely with or following the lead of the change, including as appropriate:

- analysis and presentation of structured and unstructured data and information for business decisions
