Job Overview

The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the company, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks. Involves advising on a wide range of legal issues.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Drafting, review, negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. (NDAs, LOIs, service provider agreements, Sales agreement, Purchase agreements, consultation agreements, etc).
