• Design, develop, and maintain software applications in C++ Builder
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems
• Work with the Korea HQ software development team to ensure the software solutions meet the company's standards and requirements
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure the software is scalable, reliable, and maintainable
• Write clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals and software documentation
