The Role

4. Hands-on experience in automating Mobile Apps and APIs
5. Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, etc.
6. Strong understanding of how APIs work
7. Proficiency in CICD tools and methodologies
8. Familiarity with version control tools like Git
9. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 5.15 pm)

Job Scope:

• Responsible for finance function of Business Units in charge of Product Costing and Marketing & Licensing activities
• Responsible for costing/ pricing calculation and system setup/ maintenance
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing activities
• Responsible for analyzing and presenting monthly financial performance with senior management team
• Responsible for annual budget preparation for Business Units
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements/ regulations, including but not limited to statutory accounts, tax and other business filings
• Responsible for all liaising work with internal/external auditors, banks, tax agents and other statutory bodies
• Responsible for all maintenance and update of SOP for the Product Costing and Marketing & Licensing activities
• Responsible for review and continuous improvements works related to processes in Business Units
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects or activities as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Min. Degree in accountancy/ finance/ any relevant field
• Min. 5-6 years relevant experience preferably in cost accounting

Responsibilities:

• Undertake nursing duties (i.e. phlebotomy, subcutaneous/intramuscular injections, IV cannulation, theatre assisting, CTG, autoclaving instruments and simple wound dressings)
• Perform basic triage, provide medical care and patient counselling
• Responsible for ordering of medicines, ensuring medications are in stock and medication dispensing
• Applying for Letter of Guarantee
• Manage patient case notes, including maintenance of a current and accurate filing system, prepare new case notes, retrieve and file back case notes.
• Chaperone doctor, prepare patients for examination as needed
• Perform administrative duties including patient registration, payments, booking of appointments, financial counselling, stock-taking and managing insurance claims.
• Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (e.g. NETS/credit card, etc), supplies (e.g. medication, masks, stationery), and systems.
• Ensure a high standard of medical care and service delivery are provided and maintained.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing with at least 2 years of working experience
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Ability to perform Phlebotomy and Cannulation will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good customer-service mindset
• Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector
