RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the School Admin and Procurement Manager to support school operations.
• Perform general administrative duties
• Meet and greet parents / students / visitors
• Support procurement and inventory management of school resources including but not limited to teaching resources, stationery, kitchen supplies, stationery, uniforms and others school resources
• Help organise and run Extra Curricular Activities programme
• Assist in the management of student and school information
• Help in school logistics and events as and when required.
• Assist in any other duties as required by the Senior Principal and/or School Admin and Procurement Manager

• Possess 3 GCE O Levels with at least a credit in English Language and a Second Language or relevant ITE qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
• Additional IT skills will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently

Job Descriptions

- Perform hands on pest control work on customers' sites

• Attend to Clients' complaints on pest issues and understand the potential causes of pests' activities

• Conduct on-site routine reviews to Client's premises to check on the quality of the technical team and ensure Company's SOP and Protocol are followed thru' by technicians.

• Prepare ad-hoc / monthly formal reports to clients with recommendations for remedial actions for enhanced protection of their premises.

• Attend meetings with technical team as well as NEA inspectors on site.

• Do presentations during meetings in front of customers/NEA officers to review pest issues

• Implement on work plan, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, hygiene standards to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Environment.

• Maintain mandatory records and other documentations for Bizsafe Level 3 Certification.

• Strong knowledge on General pests & safety regulations will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Ability to lead

• Good command of English

• Minimum 4 years experience in the relevant field.

• NEA Pest Management Licence preferred

• Must have Class 3 driving licence

• Able to start work immediately or short notice.

• Must be prepared to be on standby duty 24/7 even on weekends or public holidays

Responsible to carry out project site duties and supervisor the workers to perform thier tasks at project site daily and make daily project site reporting. Attend project site meeting and manage the schedules of project progress and comply to the rules and regulation of the client requirements and meet all necessary obligation to provide a satisfactory completion handover to the client.

Purpose of Job:

ii) Pay all wages on-time and accurately, including applicable claims relating to overtime, allowances and applicable C&B relevant to staff.

iii) Ensure timely completion with auditable trails of monthly, half yearly and yearly government & respective agencies claims affecting staff’s statutory entitlements and rebates for the Lodge. Specifically, NS-Men claims, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare, FWL rebates, CPF excess refund and so forth.

Job Description:

• Collecting timesheet data and payroll information
• Entering data into payroll databases and EPE payroll module.
• Calculating wages, applicable allowances, night shift allowances, overtime, misc medical reimbursements, bonuses, leaver’s tax deductions and all component relating to total C&B.
• Preparing and processing monthly payroll (2-cycles)
• Monthly submission of CPF & relevant collections by CPF Board
• Monthly submission of FWL and applicable rebates claims
• Yearly submission of IR8A and its appendixes
• Yearly reconciliation of CPF TW and applicable refund claims, if any
• Yearly submission of Maternity, Paternity and Childcare Leave claims
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation, transactions and relevant reconciliations.

The Candidate:

• At least a Diploma with 3 years of hands-on payroll experience of more than 100 staff headcount
• Working knowledge of basic payroll practices and Singapore Employment Act
