• Analyze SPC charts using SPACE. Know all the PR rules and their significance. Do proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices

• HCIC or CIT, or
• Spoonsership provide, Higher Cert in Infant Care Course

Working hours: 1 to 7pm.

Scope

• To plan and support outreach efforts in the community.
• To perform case management work in the community.
• To work closely with community partners and ensure holistic care delivery to the clients and caregivers.
• To perform regular clinical assessments and review of clients’ care plan and maintain regular follow-up with clients and caregivers.
• To provide basic emotional support and psychoeducation to clients and caregivers.
• To ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client related activities on Sales Force.
• To support and adhere to care grant requirements in CREST.
• To plan and participate in seniors related activities in the centre.
• Assist in planning and participation of dementia screening and any related mental health awareness outreach efforts.
• Engage in any other administrative tasks assigned.

Requirement：

Job requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years working experiences in project management within the built environment specifically in electrical work installation projects.
• Proficiency with CAD software and MS office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Possess good leadership qualities.
• Preferably with driving licence and possess own car.

• Ensures effective cost control of projects and that all purchases are within budgets
• Taking off and check measurement
• Preparation of tender submissions as required
• Updating repository for historical data after tender submission
• Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Monitor, Reporting and Control Budget
• Provides effective support to Project Team and establishing good working relationship with Project Managers, Clients, contractors and sub-contractors
• Performs other duties as assigned.
