What the Senior Consultant, Client Success does at Visa:

As a Client Success Senior Consultant, you will be leading Client Services operational engagement for Visa clients, serving as an operational/technical consultant for Money Movement Solutions products. This is an individual contributor role working independently under limited supervision and requires strong execution, technical knowledge, analytical skills, and relationship management with key stakeholders and clients.

The Senior Consultant is the face of Visa’s support organization to Visa’s clients and represent these clients internally to business, product and technology teams. You will be accountable for supporting clients in the market for all products relating to Money Movement Solutions. In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide high value customer service support on day-to-day items to Visa Clients and internal staff to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, be the voice of the client.

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in project management for industrial park and industrial asset developments in the South-east Asian Region to ensure works are completed within budget, on schedule and of good quality

This is a full time role for a Cashier (Liveshow) located in Bugis. Our client is Singapore's largest and first themed karaoke chain. This position is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This includes addressing concerns, processing payments accurately, and ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and discounts. The role also involves providing receipts, maintaining knowledge of store products and promotions, and assisting with product recommendations. Cash register balance and transaction reconciliation are key duties, as well as following store procedures for cash handling and safeguarding against theft. The cashier will assist with restocking, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean checkout area while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· With a primary role in delivery management, you will be responsible for the project technical delivery and quality assurance of the team’s delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. Education:

· Experience in SDLC/ Agile delivery (SCRUM)
