This is a full-time hybrid role for an Tax and Accountant professional in Singapore. Remote work may be acceptable in some instances.

Responsibilities for the Tax

• Prepare and review tax returns and filings for the company, including but not limited to corporate income tax (CIT), goods and services tax (GST), withholding tax (WHT), etc.
• Keep up to date on the latest tax developments and evaluate the impact of Singapore's tax policies related to the company's business.
• Research and assist the company to apply for local tax incentives in Singapore.

A market leader in the US IT industry is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their fast-growing organisation.

This is a regional role, whereby you will collaborate closely with the APAC finance team for accurate financial reporting. You will be responsible for driving the deferred revenue, gross margin, and forecasts (including revenue, expense and capex). You will be involved in telling a story out of the numbers through presentations, as well as financial modelling to aid in decision making.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance or be CA or CPA certified. A minimum of 5 years of relevant finance business partnering experience is integral, with a focus on driving process and changes in organisations. Regional experience and IT/Services industry background is preferred.

· Handle full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work and attend to clients on all corporate secretarial matters

· Know your clients and perform customer due diligence

· Preparation of necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ resolutions, striking off, etc

· Updating and maintaining of statutory registers

· Filing of documents with ACRA

· Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Junior Sous Chef -

Responsibilities include:

Maintain a team-oriented personality with strong people management skills;
Be actively involved in menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold;
Oversee the organization of kitchen stock & ingredients; verifying all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance;
Work closely with the company’s Head Chef and the company on supply ordering, maintaining costs, kitchen efficiency & staffing;
Ensure all food preparation and presentation by the team closely follows recipes and SOP guidelines, and are delivered in accordance with the brand’s appearance/quality standards;
Actively respond to and handle guest problems and complaints;
Trains new kitchen employees to restaurant and kitchen standards; capitalizing on informal opportunities to coach and mentor, taking interest in others’ personal development;
