The Services required are set out as follows:
Administrative Coordinator
· Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders
· Administration of relief planning and engagement of relief and flexi-adjunct teachers – planning of daily relief timetable.
· Assist in school HR matters – leave matters, enquiries from staff, collation of staff information for management reporting
· Support in matters related to finance (e.g. verifying invoices) and/or school purchases.
· Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.
· Assist in coordinating school events – prepare materials, signages, printing certificates, liaising with suppliers, etc
· Assist teachers in sorting items at plastic recycling station (weekly)
· Any other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals and Admin Manager
