• Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of various Chinese pastry & Dim Sum
• Check for food quality, plating, presentation and ensure that food safety standards are met
• Maintain work station and kitchen cleanliness
• Ensure hygiene practices (washing hands, wearing gloves) are followed according to the SOPs when preparing and presenting food
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays
• Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by accounts.

- Identifying and converting new potential accounts for the business.

- Identifying further opportunities for existing clients and proposing new menus working with in-house R&D team closely.

- Communication with clients.

- Managing and preparing sales support materials and samples (when necessary).

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Reports directly to Head sales.

- Responsible for inventory management working with production team.
