What you will do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Perform research, assessments and technical evaluations of AI models, methods and frameworks to solve problems or derive benefit to company AI capabilities and generative AI program

2. Conduct feasibility studies and create working proof of concepts for use-cases by exploring applications of AI to internal problems and datasets to de-risk AI engineering delivery

3. Proactively scan and keep up to date with AI research

4. Support the creation of intellectual property

5. Develop and implement methodologies, benchmarks, toolkits for different AI approaches.

6. Collaborate with data science and AI community on joint projects and investigations

7. Work within an integrated manner with teams operating within agile frameworks

8. Assist in technical training and knowledge sharing

9. Senior members would have leadership of one or more AI domains and a small team of AI scientists and researchers, and be expected to play a role of active mentorship

Education Minimum Requirement:

• B.S. or M.S. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field. PhD highly regarded but not necessary.

What you must have

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 2 years of experience working with model training and deployment
• Proficiency in GenAI, deep learning, NLP, CV and ML frameworks, other AI disciplines regarded useful
• Hands-on code development experience and familiarity with the python scientific computing stacks
• Understanding of artificial intelligence research landscape and ability to review research publications
• Ability to communicate and express technical viewpoints to senior stakeholders with succinctness and clarity
• Experience developing algorithms in Python or C/C++. Knowledge of transformer-based models a plus
• Domain knowledge in pharmaceutical business areas such as research, clinical, manufacturing, commercial and corporate functions highly regarded
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience. PhD in a related field or equivalent practical experience not essential but highly regarded

At least 8 years of working experience in Test Automation, using test frameworks for Database (ETL Testing) and Data analytical testing.

• Working knowledge in testing Data management platform tools same-as/similar-to ‘Golden Source’

• Sound knowledge in Java programming, SQL queries and Cucumber (Java) testing framework.

• Good knowledge in testing scheduling/orchestration tools (like Control-M, Azure Data Factory)

• Working knowledge of relational databases and comfortable with testing SQL jobs and stored procedures with awareness of data security.

• Basic understanding of data quality, profiling, and analytics concepts.

• Working experience with test management tools such as Jira with Xray / Zephyr

• Working knowledge of tools such as bitbucket, Jenkins, confluence and familiar with Git branching model

• Working experience in Agile projects, Behavior Driven Development (BDD) approach to software development and testing.

• Good to have basic programming knowledge in Python

• Good to have knowledge of Azure cloud platform.

• Good to have working experience in investment Bank or Asset Management industry.

You will be involved in the development of web applications, including designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end aspects of our web applications.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust and scalable web applications.
• Develop and implement front-end and back-end design or function.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead remote development team to deliver within scope on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• Min. 6-8 years of industry experience with 5 software development lifecycles.
• Experienced as a Full Stack Developer with experience with MEAN/MERN stacks.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript) and frontend frameworks like React or Svelte.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Golang and JavaScript.
• Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
• Understanding of web application architecture, stateless architecture, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with asynchronous operations or message/event-driven architectures is a plus.
• PMP and/or CISSP certifications, OpenJS, Kafka, and/or Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with Java will be a plus
