1. User Requirements Gathering:
   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system.
   • Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs and expectations.
2. Business Impact Analysis (BIA):
   • Write and document the current (as-is) processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. Develop the future (to-be) processes that align with the new core banking system, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

6. Data Migration:
   • Collaborate with the data migration team to ensure accurate and complete data transfer from the legacy system to the new core banking system.
   • Validate data integrity and completeness post-migration.
7. Post-Production Rollout Support:
   • Assist in the planning and execution of post-production rollout activities.
   • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
8. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues. Prepare and present project documentation and reports as needed.
9. Risk Management:
   • Identify potential risks and issues related to user requirements and testing, and develop mitigation strategies.
10. Continuous Improvement:
    • Gather feedback from users post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and system functionality.
