JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle. (posting of jobs descriptions, scheduling interview with candidates, extending offers etc)
• Work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning and forecasting to facilitate hiring
• Ensure all recruitment activities are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Monitor recruitment performance and timeline.
• Other tasks as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Degree or Diploma in any disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
