Job Description

· Initiate and develop client relationships through calls and meetings.

· Build a network of high-quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database.

· Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions.

· Engage with customers through on-site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars.

· Guide, feedback, and influence customers through the interview process, ensuring every opportunity for a successful placement.

· Manage salary and fee negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors’ Degree with at least 2 years’ experience of having worked in related functions/industries mentioned above or within a recruitment company.

• Ability to build rapport with C-level executives as business development activity is focused on targeting global/regional leaders from the sector.
• Must be proficient in Mandarin as the role will be managing and working directly with mandarin speaking clients from China
