• Maintaining close relationship and communication with all stakeholders of the classroom/school
• Facilitating testing and marking of tests
• Manage student behaviours in classroom

Qualification/Experience requirements:

• Candidates must be able to commit to Company for at least 2 academic years
• Must have at least a professional diploma/certificate (but Bachelor's degree is preferred) in education, special education, counselling, psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 year work experience
• At least 2 positive references from most recent supervisors

Job Description:

Sales Coordination

• Perform full sales coordination process such as : customer service support, sales order entry, invoicing management, procurment of goods and making sure that deliveries have been made.
• Attend to call enquires, create new customer account, following up quotation with present and new customers
• Provide general sales support when ever required including preparing proposals & quotation & contract
• Process orders & maintain of company websites
• Update company online presence with latest promotional offering
• Attend to walk-in customer when ever necessary
• Assist in cold calls, email introduction company profile to new customer
• Follow up with Mainland China supplier for import/export documents

Recruitment and Staffing

• Coordinate with all department on hiring plan, resignation, confirmation
• Conduct interviews for potential hires
• Perform on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Work pass application, renewal, cancellation and issuance

HR Administration

• Submission and monitoring of ESG grants
• Submission of levy wavier, childcare leave, maternity leave & paternity leave claims, etc
• Maintain proper HR documentation
• Compliance and policy Management
• Ad-hoc task as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High Integrity when handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Objective:
•⁠ ⁠Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service audio visual and video conferencing solutions in accordance to company’s standards and best practices to meet customer’s requirements

Core Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
•⁠ ⁠Work closely with in house AV Designers and Engineers from different manufactures to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience centre, command centre, auditorium, ballroom, etc
•⁠ ⁠Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution
•⁠ ⁠Assist in after sales services

Requirements:

•⁠ ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
•⁠ Minimum 2 years of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Audio Visual solution. Good to have:
•⁠ Experience in some of the products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches.
•⁠ Experience in similar renowned AV brands like Samsung, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Ev, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc
•⁠ Experience in Crestron, Extron, AMX, Kramer automation programming will be an added advantage
•⁠ Experience in DSP programming will be an added advantage
