• Experience of fine-tuning large language models, coding experience with big data tools including Python/ Java/ R/ Scala, use of TensorFlow, PyTorch and other machine learning Frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Gensim, LangGraph,LlamaIndex)
• Proficiency in relevant GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Llamafactory)
• Knowledgeable with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud)
• Proven experience of handling project delivery in a multicultural environment, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and working with cross-function teams
• Experience with specific NLP tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, or question answering.
• Knowledge of natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG).
• Experience with producing NLP models and addressing real-world challenges.

Job scopes:

• Logistics Operations & Contractor Oversight: Support daily operations in In-Plant Logistics, ensuring contractors meet KPIs and timelines without delays.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Manage warehouse inventory, perform month-end reconciliation with SAP and WMS, and maintain stock balance accuracy.
• Quality & Compliance Audits: Participate in ISO audits and document SOPs, Work Instructions
• Process Improvement & Troubleshooting: Conduct equipment case studies, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and control costs.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with SAP MM & IM
• With Risk Assessment certification
• Experience involving ISO audits
