Working Hours: Working Hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm / 9.30am to 7.00pm on Weekdays (Monday to Friday) and subject to operation needs - Must be open to both timings to be rostered

Job Description:

• Answer incoming calls from parents with enquiries on fees and centre related matters

• Liaise with departments or centres to answer the parents' enquiries

• Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe

• Maintain accuracy of data

• Ensure achievement of deadlines within the required timeframe

• Deliver any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" Level holder

• At least 1-2 years experience in contact centre environment

• Familiar with CRM systems and practices would be an advantage
