Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for providing timely and accurate broking services to our clients in the Crude Oil market in Mainland China and Singapore

· Manage and execute client order properly through our system

· Business development, negotiations and close deals

· Compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction

· Calculate dealing prices in accordance with Company policies

· Maintain strong relationship with our existing clients

· Work closely with front office and back-office staff to resolve client queries

· Update desk members on previous day trades and any broking issues

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers

Job Requirements:

· Fluent communications in Mandarin Chinese is required

· Any prior experience living in Mainland China or working in the China market is preferred

· Prior sales, marketing or PR experience is a plus

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Degree holder or similar

· Strong communication skills

· Good team player and able to work independently

· Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Able to work well under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform routine analysis of polymer testing & wet chemistry analysis
• To ensure that tests assigned are performed in a timely manner in accordance with validated test protocols and procedures
• To perform instruments’ calibrations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• To perform housekeeping and maintain the cleanliness in the laboratory
• To perform inventory check & improvement idea in the lab
• To assist superiors with non – routine study samples and any other tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology / Chemical Engineering

As a member of the Facilities Management Team, your job scope includes the following:

• Assist the Facilities Manager in all aspect of operations and building maintenance
• Coordinate with the team on various facility matters and assist in various operations issues
• Assist to monitor the efficient operation of the building’s systems and equipment
• Convene and conduct joint inspections for unit take over and hand over to tenant
• Ensure proper documentation on all processes within a tenant fit out folders for official recording of all proceedings within the document controller’s record system
