Responsibilities

• Work with product, design & engineering team to support delivery of roadmap
• Support the product team in defining requirements and leading technical feasibility discussion with engineering team
• Assist in creating and updating product documentation, including user guides, feature specifications, and release notes
• Support the product team in coordinating and executing product launches, including preparing launch materials and monitoring post-launch performance
• Monitor competitor products, features, and strategies to provide insights and recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge

• Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business, Analytics, Information Sciences
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions with the engineering team

We deploy insights into our worldwide audience to develop innovative and inspiring creative solutions across the full portfolio of NBCUniversal properties – from entertainment to sports to news; from TV and digital platforms to events and theme parks.

As a Events & Experience Intern, you’ll support the event team in Asia & EMEA to deliver a range of events – live, virtual, and hybrid.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Assist in the production of various NBC Universal editorial and commercial events; support the International Events Team to develop, plan and execute strategic event programs that are targeted at senior executives and policymakers from across industries and governments.
• Communicating with vendors and partners in a timely and efficient manner in relation to Event logistics
• Assist in the audience booking process, including curating the invitation list, identifying potential audience members and acquiring attendees to our market-leading global events
• Source contact information through a variety of channels, including but not limited to desktop research, direct external outreach, relationships with internal and external partners, and acquired databases
• Source external organizations to partner with to attract their member to our regional or global events
• Communicate event details to registered attendees and build relationships ahead of the event to ensure their attendance
• Deliver departmental analysis/reporting, including help putting together presentations and post-event analysis for internal reporting purposes which in turn will influence future decisions.
• Provide global insights through market research and curating of potential audience list for event proposals
• Updating various industry event lists, documents and charts

The Advertising intern will also participate in regular planning, as well as business updates and team meetings.

An integral role within the NBCUniversal & Account Services team, supporting APAC advertising campaigns across the portfolio of brands and partner campaigns with AppleNews, YouTube & Twitter.  Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Produce innovative decks to tentpole moments such as Tokyo2020, World Economic Forums, Delivering Alpha etc.
• Creation of rich media digital assets such as Video banner, Native Touts and Social Cards.
• Experience Social campaign set up, creatives, analytics, and tools in the Twitter & YouTube space.
• Potentially support launch of advertising campaigns on streaming platforms such as Peacock.
• Provide off-air checks/recordings across TV feeds, online screenshots on special report sponsorships across the portfolio
• Monthly/Weekly/Daily monitoring and tracking of campaigns to ensure the KPI (such as pre-roll views, page views, unique visits, etc are met).
• Reporting of campaigns where required and open to analysis
• Assist in building a library of case studies
• Supporting ad-hoc projects as required

*Training and guidance will be provided for all the above within the first 2-3 weeks of the internship period.
