In your day-to-day role you will

• Build strong relationships with key partners and senior leaders. Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain technical proficiency with several investigative tools and techniques, including both internal and external tools.

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years professional experience conducting investigations related to cybercrime, complex fraud/AML, insider abuse, and/or high profile/high priority events.
• Experience at PayPal and institutional knowledge is preferred and valued.
• Proven ability to analyze large amounts of data to report critical information.
• Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issues.
• Experience working with data acquisition and forensic examination.
• Advanced data query and analysis skills (SQL, SAS, Teradata, Hadoop, BigQuery etc.)
• Witness interview experience and training a plus.

• Produce high-quality working paper documentation. Audit work done and conclusion of audit are clearly documented and justified
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance and internal policies in own area of work
• Ensure successful and timely completion of all mandatory regulatory and compliance trainings by due date

The ideal candidate for this Internal Auditor position is a highly motivated professional with at least eight years' experience in internal or external auditing within the financial services industry.

Key Requirements:

• Well versed in Singapore laws, regulations and banking guidelines
• Good knowledge in the risk management domain, e.g. market risk, credit risk, liquidity, model validation and ICAAP
• Strong motivated professional who possesses strong auditing skills
• Demonstrated agility and be open to adapt to the constantly changing landscape
• Professional qualifications, e.g. CAMS, CPA, CIA, etc.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of automated auditing tools considered a plus

Position Duties

Strategic Support

• Directly report to the CTO, providing vital administrative support and assisting in strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project timelines, ensuring timely execution and alignment with Sleek's goals.

Scheduling and Coordination

• Proactively manage the CTO's calendar, prioritizing essential commitments and ensuring optimal time allocation.
• Organize, schedule, and ensure the smooth facilitation of meetings, including agenda preparation and venue coordination.
• Actively attend crucial meetings, ensuring accurate capture of discussions and action points.

• Distribute meeting minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of outcomes and next steps.

Vendor Relations and Negotiation

• Research and source potential vendors, securing competitive quotations for products and services.
• Lead preliminary contract negotiations, ensuring the best value and terms for Sleek while maintaining productive vendor relationships.

General Administration / Financial Oversight

• Respond promptly to the CTO's administrative needs, ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.
• Manage, organize, and archive relevant documents and digital files for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Manage and process the CTO's claims, payments, and subscription services, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

• Monitor departmental expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and objectives.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Basic understanding of tech terminology and trends.
• Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with vendor management and negotiations is beneficial.
• A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Eager to learn and absorb new knowledge quickly.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work full-time or part-time as an intern for a predefined period.
