About the role

The CL Business Finance Intern will work closely with the Regional CL Business Controller to provide Regional Management with business analysis for decision making process on a monthly basis. This 6-month internship will commence in Jan/Feb 2025.

This is a full-time onsite internship role based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Country People Operations.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Help plan and implement employee engagement and culture activities that support employees (and interns) development, wellness and inclusivity at work

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic bachelor/master student to join our team as an intern in the field of sustainable HVAC systems. The focus of this internship is on Residential Air Conditioner (RAC) modeling, the application of AI/ML techniques for data analysis, and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) control strategies, etc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Modeling RAC system focusing on environment modeling and load prediction.
• Analyze and interpret data using AI/ML techniques to improve system diagnostics and control strategies.
• Participate in group meetings and discussions related to the project.
• Collaborate with other team members to advance project goals and implement findings into practical applications.
• Prepare and present project updates to the team and other stakeholders.
