Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assisting with the onboarding process, such as preparing orientation materials, contract documents, onboarding kit, facilitating of contract signing session and creating personnel file for Line level staff
• Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as handling incoming calls and responding to employee inquiries
• Handling the logistics for staff events
• Assisting with preparing, organizing, and filing HR-related documents
• Ensuring employee records are handled with confidentiality
• Assisting with ongoing or ad hoc HR initiatives or projects
