• Break down ambiguous problems into manageable components, thinking through optimal solutions.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement, influencing others to achieve results.
• Develop and deliver presentations and communications to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to actionable, data-driven recommendations and process improvements.

We are seeking a motivated Intern who is ready to apply knowledge of financial terms and principles to an job experience. This is an exciting opportunity for any student pursuing a career in finance.

Scope:

• Monitoring of outstanding accounts receivable balances.

To provide status update on the overdue invoices by documenting details of follow up actions (such as dates and type of actions taken e.g., calls or emails) in the Finance file. Note: This is to be done monthly.

• Administrative support for event settlements.

To liaise with the business team (Client Success/Business Development) to ensure the required documents (e.g., signed contracts/agreements, stixcloud reports, BI reports & etc.) are saved in the respective event folders.

• Able to commit at least 6 months.
• Able to start in April 2024.

• Play an active role in supporting the Business Development & Marketing team in the planning, development and execution of marketing plans/ activities, advertising and communications programmes for our arts & culture, sports & entertainment, esports and MICE clients.
• Support the team in growing and amplifying the SISTIC brand organically via channels including website, mobile app, search and social media
• Research and work with Head of BD to prepare compelling business development collaterals
• Explore new channels for advertising & promotion and partnership opportunities
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives or campaigns and proactively roll out test plans to improve campaign performance

Job Requirements:

• Pro-active, eloquent with good verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
• Ability to think creatively and spontaneously
• Analytical, detail-oriented and meticulous

• Interest in digital marketing and analytics preferred
• Special note: e.g able to work on non-standard working hours for hot events if required

Job Purpose:  

The Marketing Coordinator has the overall responsibility for being the custodian for sub-function of the marketing team for the Company's Technology Solutions, India. Assisting in events, communications, managing the vendor portals and helping in maintaining the the Company's Brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Implements marketing plans and processes across all vendors.

• Understands and manages all the vendor portals for the marketing function.

• Raises requests for activities and ensures that the same is communicated to the teams.

• Filing claims for vendors and reconciliation with the Company's Finance team.

• Purchase order and debit note management for all third-party vendors.

• Assists in the communications function.

• Database and MIS analysis of business data for marketing usage.

• Custodian for all marketing collaterals- ensures dispatch and receipt of each.

• Custodian for all marketing assets and ensures update of each.

• Helps in conducting events and sourcing for the same.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Good Communication skills (Both written and oral)

• Seeks to build high customers satisfaction (internal and external)

• Must have 2 or more years of experience in marketing / sales co-ordination.

• Prior experience in distribution and/or IT preferred

• University degree or equivalent
