• Support the early career program from coordinating of campus fairs, to arranging and participating in candidate interviews and assessment
• Identify suitable channels and networks for collaboration opportunities with universities for campus outreach events

HR Projects:

• Review and propose changes to employee onboarding/offboarding processes, as part of HR process improvement
• Review HR policies for Singapore and Malaysia for the creation of employee handbook and guidelines
• Conduct research on trends in learning and development, talent attraction and employee engagement that could implemented for the company

Requirements:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. 

In this role, you will support our marketing efforts across our brands and contribute to the overall success of our marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include assisting in creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, conducting market research, and coordinating marketing activities. As a Marketing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Skills/Experience: 

• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role

• Support the Head of PR & Communications with executing PR and Communications strategy for the PAP region (Product and Corporate) based on guidelines from Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG (“PAG”) 
• Support all PR and Communications activities within the PAP region, with an additional focus on executing media-related activities for Singapore’s importer/ retail operations (Product and Corporate) based on guidelines from PAG
• Contribute to ESG-related communications for internal and external stakeholders across the region
• Help manage localised Organic Social Media communication strategy and content for the PAP region, focusing on Singapore importer/retail operations
• Assist in the regionalisation of PAG communications content and assets, for media distribution and amplification in the PAP region
• Coordinate press cars usage in tandem with PR agency and editorial content on relevant channels in the PAP region, and support press assets (press releases, press kits, visuals) creation  

• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant fields
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong organisation skills, ability to handle complex situations a plus

• Participate in technical development projects, specifically focusing on customer analytics in the area of assisted living and nutrition using language models, knowledge bases and other AI standard tools.
• Create innovative technical concepts, integrating IoT technology into consumer-facing businesses.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions, following a user-centered approach and rapidly testing and iterating implemented solutions.

• Manage demand planning of a selected product group.
• Support logistics operations to resolve issue related to product, process, and system.
