Sales Support for Off-Highway & Large Engine Aftermarket Parts Business

• Supporting customer enquiries, follow-up and meeting preparations
• Supporting pricing analyses and product portfolio identification
• Organization/participation in trade shows

Commercial Reporting

• Responsible for regular commercial reporting for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Daily Sales Reports, Monthly Business Reviews, Customer Acquisition Projects)

Market Intelligence

• Sales lead generation, performing profiling of competitors and key customers
• Building up market data for market volume potential

CIP Projects

• Every MA/CFH-AZ intern will be tasked with a mid-term project (lasting at least 3 months) as part of Bosch Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) to improve sales, customer service and / or internal business processes

Travel Intern will be responsible for supporting our business travel operations for all our regional colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

• Support day to day travel operational enquiries and booking matters
• Prepare and support Travel insurance & Application of SG E-Visas for employees
• Conduct month-end reconciliation of Travel Expenses
• Support Per Diem reconciliation
• Prepare presentations, such as training materials for new employees
• Assist team members to plan and implement new Travel Booking system 
• Bring your fresh perspective to help us improve in the current Travel application process
• Any other ad hoc task/project assigned

Description

The intern will be involved the feasibility studies, planning and detailed civil & structural design of proposed civil infrastructure development. The intern will also assist the Project Managers and Engineers on the daily project administration tasks. Intern will be exposed to medium / major civil infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, water pipelines, sewerage, water treatment plant, desalination plant and waste-to-energy plant projects. Knowledge and exposure in computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office), AutoCAD and any engineering software will be added advantages.

The candidate needs to have excellent work attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.

To assist the design engineer to carry out mechanical engineering services design for ACMV, Fire Protection, Water, Pumping, Sanitary, Gas Services for building engineering projects (or Infra-structure project such as railway station, depot and the supporting facility). The design will be carried out in Building Information Management system (BIM). Design and BIM training will be provided. Knowledge and exposure in computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office), AutoCAD and any engineering software will be added advantages. This candidate needs to have good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
