As a Management Trainee, your main goal will be to learn and master various aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to operations management, human resources management, team leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving. • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, education, psychology, or other related fields.

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Manage and route phone calls appropriately

· Process and report on office expenses

· Maintain physical and digital employee records

· Schedule in-house and external meetings

· Distribute incoming mail

· Make travel arrangements

· Organize company documents into updated filing systems

· Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)

· Prepare presentations, spreadsheets and reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma and above

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
