• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives / Business Consultants;
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc);
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc);
• Communicate with Government agencies when necessary;
• Administrative Support to Office which is not limited to office inventory, maintainence.

What you will do:

• Assists Head Chef in smooth running of kitchen operations efficiently
• Responsible for ordering of supplies and cost control management including food costs and wastages
• Participate actively in quality initiatives such as daily chef briefings and monthly team meetings in order to constantly improve the culinary operation, meet targets and keep communication flowing
• Responsible for maximizing productivity, ensuring that dishes are being served on an efficient schedule to boost overall profitability without compromising on quality
• Train and assist new kitchen staff ensuring consistency in work performance
