Roles & Responsibilities

• Front desk duties including registration of patients, answering phone calls and address

patient inquiries, monitoring and maintaining medical appointments

• Administractive duties including cashiering, filing for relevant claims, stock taking, data

entry, scanning of documents and simple filing

• Assist in clinical tasks such as dispensing medicine, taking medical parameters of

patients, chaperon duties, ECG, vision test, health screening procedures, clean and

sterilise medical equipment, arranging for prescribed laboratory tests, medications,

specialist referrals, and/or surgical procedures as appropriate

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the Clinic

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

• Pleasant personality & team player

• Relevant experience in healthcare preferred

• Able to work morning and evening session

• Proficiency in computer skills

• Able to handle Mandarin and Malay speaking patients

• Singaporean or PR are welcome to apply

• Pay $12-15 per hour depending on performance/experience

Morning Session

Mon to Sat

8.30am to 12.30pm

Evening Session

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri

6.00pm to 8.30pm
