• Prepare communication materials as per needed and maintain the brand's image according to guidelines for internal and external communications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in office and operations administration matters.

2. Assist in updating operations records, issuing of invoices, quotations, delivery orders etc.

3. Handle and record phone enquiries, assist and preparation of goods for delivery/collection, assist in recording collection book for collection of items.

4. Design and conduct inventory count and perform stock take with warehouse assistant.

5. Assist in data entry, scanning, filing, updating physical documents into excel and computer system.

6. Any other duties as assigned.
