• Possess at least Diploma qualifications in Logistics or equivalent

• Handle daily accounting functions (managing company accounts payable and receivable)
• Ensure compliance on all local labor laws, and best practices and being familiar with relevant processes
• Creating and processing invoices (customer/vendor) and ensure that accuracy
• Liaise with Operations to follow up with customers on overdue payments
• Inputting the transaction into the accounting system
• HR matters (CPF payment and posting of job advertisements when required)
• Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of administrator working experience
• Work experience in start up is highly preferred
• Meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skill

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include:
• Extract information from database (from excel/powerpoint/adaptive) upload into sharepoint list
• Basic report consolidation, standardize formatting
• Support room bookings, check on team members availability
• Adhoc purchasing for office supplies, support logistics arrangement for workshop
• Tracking of action item list status , program support

• Work OT and weekend whenever required
