Position: Admin Assistant (Construction)

• Working day: 5.5day (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm ; Sat 9am-1pm)
• Working location: (Tuas – Transport Provide from Tuas Link MRT)
• Salary: $2,400 - $2,600 (Experience can ask higher, up to $3k)

Requirement:

• At least relevant working experience in Construction Industry

Responsibility:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and mainta
• in office policies and procedures
• Order office supplie
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Responsibilities

Provide admin assistance for finance work in CAD. The responsibilities include:

• Scanning documents
• Conversion of files into the appropriate formats
• Email between parties via emails
• Perform data entry in spreadsheets and online forms
• Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by Head Corporate Support Divisions

Requirements

• Possess relevant admin experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
