What You'll be Doing

• Creating user accounts for corporate customers
• Assisting the Servicing team in the preparation of documents & policies
• Sorting and filing of documents
• Data cleansing and sorting
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by the manager

What We Are Looking for

• Diploma in any discipline
• Candidates with related experiences (Admin / Customer service / sales support) will be an advantage but not essential
• Able to follow standard work processes independently
• Meticulous
• Good team player with good communication skills

What You’ll Do:

Job Description:
• Performs total preventive maintenance (TPM) procedures as planned.
• Performs inspections required by scheduled TPM or Work Order requests.
• Performs basic troubleshooting on mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks at the facilities in accordance with the SOP.
• Identify and pro-actively respond to maintenance and operation needs.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) in performing the maintenance duties.
• Allocate appropriate resources to execute the work order, follow up work order and
ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.
• Assessing the need of mechanical spare parts to avoid delays in TPM. Tool & instrument inventory/ maintenance.

Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1 year of experience in a Power Plant environment
