• Ensure client requirements or feedback, and project issues are reported and escalated.
• Conduct basic testing with developers on deliverable products and other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
• Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
• Assist in performing any miscellaneous duties assigned.

Work experience/Skills required:

• Possessing a Diploma or certification in a relevant field
• Having project management experience in R&R/A&A works or facilities management is highly valuable.
• Knowing project management, onsite project kick-offs and execution with contractors
• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Industry-specific knowledge; Facilities Management/Built Environment

Preparing Shipping Documents (Invoices etc)

Processing Of Orders

Prepare Billing Documents for Customers

Monitoring Shipments and updates to the Customer

Maintaining Shipment records

Filing and scanning of Documents

General Administrative Support Duties

Undertaking other Ad-hoc duties when required
