• Monday – Friday, 7.50am – 4.55pm

Responsibilities:

• Comprehend the policies and objectives related to Quality, Environmental, Water Efficiency, and Occupational Health & Safety, including environmental impact assessments and safety risk evaluations.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality & Environmental Management System within the department, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular solution analyses and manage replenishment activities.
• Troubleshoot process issues and provide detailed technical reports.
• Identify, assess, and review risk hazards and environmental impacts for both existing and new processes and activities.
• Report any quality, environmental, water efficiency, or safety concerns to the appropriate internal authority.
• Coordinate with customers on production issues and project updates.
• Develop and periodically review work instructions, process parameter standards (PMP), and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Having relevant work experience in electroplating / semiconductor field.
• Knowledge and experience in Wafer Plating is essential.
• Independent and self-driven individual.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
