• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens

• Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organising the storeroom

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

• Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

• Maintain and manage kitchen expenses,food costs, inventory, and staffing with in budgetary limits.

• Able to cook north Indian food.

• Able to do shift work.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection planning related activities (eg. Inspection Form preparation, Ballooning, GRR, Digital FAI, etc.)
• Participate improvement processes through CORE principle
• Scanning of shopfloor traveler & FAI documents
• Maintain the latest revision & reprint of Engineering Print for any wear & tear (Hardcopy)
• Maintain Quality Intranet information, notwithstanding Procedures, Quality related documents
• Support in SRM request for Quality-related activities such as ordering of tools/gauges & event planning)
• Custodian of Material Certification & Masimage software
• Support in xClass/SGCO for all Quality Classification, Texport related activities
• Perform issuance & maintain stamp log for Certified Operator Program & related matter:
• Support All Quality-related reports (generating and reporting).

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Good working on Quality Management System meeting AS9100 requirements.
• Competent in MS office applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

1. Attend to students’ requests at General Office

2. Attend to students who report unwell at General Office and/or have sustained minor injuries

3. Receive forms and documents submitted by students (Egs: relating to financial assistance and bursaries matters) 4. Assist in recording incoming/ outgoing mails

5. Sorting and filing of general office documents

6. Simple sorting of documents and simple data-entry (listings, surveys)

7. Receive deliveries to General Office by vendors

8. Provide admin support to office operations as assigned

• Support in receiving and acknowledgement of goods for warehouse.
• Confirm orders and getting proper approvals from management for purchasing

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations.
• Valid forklift license.
