In this programme, multidisciplinary teams develop a future-oriented mobile digital health concept which combines scientific and technological innovations with clinical, industry and other stakeholder needs. It tackles care for the increasing number of patients suffering from chronic diseases, particularly diabetes, obesity and stroke. Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Research Assistant (RA) to support our cutting-edge mHealth intervention project. This role is integral to the successful execution of an innovative study design using Sequential Multiple Assignment Randomized Trials (SMART) to evaluate the effectiveness of a holistic mHealth intervention. The RA will assist with various aspects of the study, including participant management, data entry, monitoring survey completions, and providing onsite assistance during study visits. This role not only offers the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research but also allows for significant professional growth in a rapidly evolving field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participant Management:
  • Answer participant queries via email and other communication channels.
  • Send reminders to participants for online survey completion.
  • Distribute digital vouchers based on survey completion for participants.
• Data Management:
  • Enter data from hard copies of questionnaires, consent forms, and checklists.
  • Organize and manage participant consent forms.
  • Create and maintain the overview of trial file.
• Onsite Support:
  • Assist with onboarding and handling operational queries.
• Survey Monitoring:
  • Monitor online survey completions for participants.
  • Prepare lists and reports for the research team based on survey completions.

Qualifications:

• Minimally a bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with survey tools (e.g., LimeSurvey) and data entry.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
