• The candidate should possess at least 2-3 years of post-doctoral experience from reputable Universities and has mentored undergraduate or graduate students.
• Teaching experiences as a teaching assistant during Ph.D. studies is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist Project Leads in comprehending clients’ objectives, requirements, and preferences for each project.

* Contribute to the development of creative concepts and proposals aligning with client briefs and budget constraints.

* Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

* Source and oversee external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met.

* Under Project Leads' supervision, manage all logistical aspects of events including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation.

* Conduct on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues.

* Prepare post-event reports under Project Leads' guidance to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
