Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, meteorology, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with the installation, calibration, and deployment of environmental monitoring equipment. Prior fieldwork experience, particularly in remote or tropical ecosystems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems under challenging conditions.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage field activities, logistics, and team coordination.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, Python).

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting Support:

· Assist in data entry, tickets issuing, invoice processing, transport scheduling and CODO tracking.

· Reconcile transaction report to ensure accuracy.

· Cross departments collaboration to compile and organize financial data.

Administrative Tasks:

Job Description

• Check staff reimbursements, project petty cash claims and adhoc payments
• Ensure accurate project costing updates, verify interim valuation certificates, and allocate staff costs effectively within projects.
