- Assists in recruitment and on boarding of employees.

- Assists in preparing Employment Contracts

- Administers and processes foreign workers’ immigration matters, Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass application, renewal and cancellation, foreign workers’ insurance matters, home leave, etc.

- Provides administrative assistance in the implementation of Company’s HR policies so that overtime, work on rest days and public holidays are properly implemented.

- Monitors the utilization and administration of employee benefits e.g. medical, leave, staff insurance and highlights discrepancies to HR Officer / HR Manager for corrective actions.

- Assists in maintaining and updating employees’ personnel files accurately.

- Working hour 1230 to 1730 (5 days/week)

- Some level of flexi work arrangement

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core goals:

● Positively increase the branding and affinity of CineGang by producing quality videos that set it aside from competitors.

● To increase and create more traffic for CineGang affiliated channels through creating/uploading quality videos.

Primary Role:

● Pitch: Brainstorm and scour the web for interesting content. Pitch trending topics and ideate for video concepts to be posted on The Company’s Facebook, YouTube, Instagram & TikTok channels.

● Video Producing: Ideate & Conceptualize. Craft storytelling approaches to videos, and storyboard videos where necessary. Edit the video according to our house style.

● Innovate: Take charge of new ideas and projects, and spearhead the team technically - create video templates and formats for new ideas and set an example for the rest to follow.

Other Duties:

● Mentor and provide guidance to interns. This includes managing, training, motivating them and caring for their well-being.

The employee is expected to represent the company well at all times and uphold the positive image and branding of the Company. Employees are not permitted to voice out negativity to current employees or non-employees which may result in the loss of reputation of the Company.

Requirements

• Minimally 1 years of relevant experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• A Degree/Diploma in the areas of Filmmaking, Video Production or Mass Communications
• A strong ability to communicate ideas effectively in English
• Proficient in Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition
