Data Research Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Perform administrative & clerical duties
• Provide assistance to Manager in support of all relevant works and activities
• Liaise, coordinate and organize meetings
• Prepare and manage incoming/ outgoing correspondences, reports and documents
• Perform data entry tasks and upkeep the files, records and databases in good order
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• A Diploma or Associate Degree in any discipline is preferred
• Fresh graduate applicants are welcomed
• 1-2 years of work experience would be a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Willing to learn, positive service attitude and result-oriented

• Work as the owner of tender document management to cover end to end bidding document
• preparation, align with GTM, SA and Legal teams
• Work with Account owner to establish the bidding schedule, task allocation, tracking progress until the tender submitted
• Work with lead SA to structure proposal, work out task sheet together with SA and to allocate the relevant works to solution, product, delivery, commercial and legal teams
• Act as resource management and monitor the tender documentation completion, quality and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Economics/Trade Law/Business or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Bidding, Contract Management and Operations
• Prior experience from Tech/Software industry
• Able to be effective in coordination, teamwork and communication
• Able to be able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

Job Description

• Working Location: Buroh Lane
• Working Hours: 5 days (8.30 am-5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, take samples for quality control (QC), and store materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Unload incoming shipments and check shipping documents against the physical goods to spot any discrepancies. Report any issues to QC, Purchasing, or Supply Chain for follow-up.
• Issue materials to the Production and other departments, ensuring proper system updates, documentation, and physical transfers.
• Dispose of food ingredients and chemical waste according to NEA guidelines.
• Prepare export shipments by picking and packing goods before the Full Container Load (FCL) date and ensuring timely loading into export containers.
• Use barcode scanners and ERP systems for stock-taking and stock checks, performing daily cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain basic housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Ensure all inventory transactions (Goods Received Note, Goods Issued Note, and Stock Adjustment Note) are updated on time to maintain stock accuracy in the system.
• Provide clerical support for warehouse operations.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.

• Minimum GCE N or O level or 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable lifting and handling goods up to 25kg, and manoeuvring heavy pallets.
• Possessing a forklift driving license and experience with a reach truck is a plus.
