This primarily includes secondary packaging of therapeutic products in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. Successful candidates will work together with a dynamic team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure accurate fulfilment and timely distribution of medications to healthcare institutions, GP clinics and patients.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide oversight for Secondary Packaging Operations and ensure adherence to documented procedure and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements

2. Prepare Batch Packaging Records (BPR), labels and other required packaging materials in accordance to work orders and approved packaging instructions to facilitate order fulfilment

3. Use the Warehouse Management System to initiate and finalise work orders, as well as manage inventory

4. Coordinate with Production Staff and Quality Control to ensure that orders are fulfilled and batch released in a timely and accurate manner

5. Coordinate with Production Responsible Person (RP) for management of rejected/ non-conforming products

6. Assist in ensuring proper control of documents and records related to Secondary Packaging (e.g. BPR, cleaning records, packaging instructions, SOP)

7. Manage inventory including performing transfer of stock for repackaging, cycle counts/stock takes and consumables management

8. Support Production RP in ensuring that Secondary Packaging Operations meet KPI

9. Work with Production RP to ensure smooth implementation of new processes when necessary

10. Provide oversight for general housekeeping of the Value Added Service (VAS) Room

11. Provide oversight for orientation and training of new staff assigned to VAS Operations

12. Cross deployment to Central Fill Pharmacy Operations for fulfilment of medication delivery orders when necessary

13. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or its equivalent

2. Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in healthcare

3. Experience in repackaging of health products spreferred

4. Experience in operations leadership will be advantageous

5. Good working knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office

Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)

The Therapy Assistant is responsible for executing rehab activites as planned by Therapists and will be required to perform documentation promptly.

Clinical Care

• Work under the supervison of Therapists to assist in implementing individual and group activities such as activities of daily living, ranging exercises, mobilization, and cognitive activities.
• Educate residents/clients on proper use of equipment and exercise routines as prescribed by the Therapists.
• Adhere to all safety measures and infection control procedures.
• Prepare apparatus/equipment/mobility aids according to procedures and protocols as instructed by the Therapists.
• Update residents'/clients' progress promptly to the Therapists.
• Portering of residents for therapy/group activities

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain updated residents/clients' records and data entry for programmes KPI.
• Ensure regular maintenance check of therapy equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and maintain safe work environment (e.g. keeping rehab equipment after use)
• Inform supervisor when stock supplies are low
• Perform other administrative duties or other duties as assigned by the Rehabilitation Manager.

Education Requirements:

• WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Support
• NITEC in Community Care and Social Service
• Work-Study Diploma in Rehabilitation Care
• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy from non-recognised institutions
