Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least an ‘N’/ ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level, ITE or Diploma holders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Independent and able to multi-task.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales administrative support duties is preferred.

Job Scope:

• Perform clinical and administrative duties
• Schedule patient appointments and registration
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
• Responsible for planning and maintaining clinical & service quality
• Registration of patients and provide customer service
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
• Process of billing transactions under different government schemes
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
• Operate Clinic Management System
• Proficiency in managing insurance claims is preferred
• Able to translate between English and Mandarin for the doctors

Job Details:

• Up to $3,500 per month
• Staggered Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm or 8.45am to 6pm or 9am to 6.15pm, Sat 8am to 2pm
• Able to work every Saturday and will be entitled to ONE (1) weekday off-in-lieu weekly

Key responsibilities will include, however not limited, to the following:

1. Daily goods delivery (Singapore class 3 license is required)

2. Candidate is able to carry heavy load of goods.

3. Carry out daily warehouse activities such as:

a. Receiving, sorting and packing duties

b. Loading and unloading of goods

c. Binning and picking of goods

d. Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched

e. Replenishment of goods

4. Perform cycle count/stock take.

5. House-keeping. Maintain warehouse in orderly manner and keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.

6. Observe all safety rules and guidelines at all times.

7. Maintain and ensure stock inventory accuracy.

8. Report to work on time.

9. Maintain high standards of efficiency and safety.

10. Report all discrepancies.

11. Operate all warehouse vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.

12. Follow and comply with work and safety procedures, rules and regulations.

13. Support all warehouse team when necessary.

14. Ensure timely data entry update into inventory system, when assigned.

15. Perform other adhoc tasks assigned from time to time.
