Key Responsibilities

• Handle general company affairs and administrative tasks.
• Manage daily administration, documentation, and coordination.
• Organize records and data effectively.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices for customers.
• Source electronics and mechanical parts.
• Process purchase requisitions.
• Follow up on purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain stock levels and track inventory records.
• Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to your supervisor.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
