• Assist in all site construction activities and installations, in coordination with external contractors to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards. Witness testing of all equipment during commissioning and validate sequence of operations and receipt of all operational documentation.
• Support for customer installations, in coordination with the design & construction as well as operations requirements to coordinate customer move-in and turn-on, and other service request & deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with local workplace safety & health (WHS) standards and local electrical and building codes.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP), method of procedures (MOP), and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process.
• Participate in the scheduling, coordination and completion all significant planned and emergency maintenance events for the facility and ensure these activities are executed in a controlled and proven method to ensure the reliability of the critical loads supported by these systems.
• Support various accreditation, certification and compliance initiatives such as BCA-IDA Green Mark DC/QMS/ISMS/BCMS/PCIDSS/OSPAR, etc as may be required.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
• No experience required as training will be provided

Job Summary

The assistant coach for the National men’s team shall assist the Head Coach to prepare and coach the National men’s team for Major Games, Major Championships, ITTF competitions and all other competitions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in overseeing the men’s team.
• Assist Head Coach to develop training and competition plan for the National men’s team .
• Work closely with Head Coach and SSI to incorporate Sports Science into training programme.
• Responsible for the performance of players under his or her charge.
• Monitor and maintain discipline of the players.
• Assist to conduct Performance Review for men’s Team
• Work closely with the Technical Director to conduct coaching workshop for the youth level coaches.
• To develop youth players from Intermediate Squad for progression into National Team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 4 years of coaching experience, including planning and physical preparation, sports psychology and sport sciences at National Team level. A club coach with proven results and experience will also be considered.
• A coaching, sports science and /or physical education degree would be an advantage.

Knowledge and Skills

• Good command of Mandarin – verbal and written (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
• Basic command of English will be an advantage.

You will be responsible for assisting the Design and Development team in every aspect of the process from design ideation to sample development, preparation of garments for fittings and daily adhoc administrative tasks. Main responsibilities

Design

• Assisting Design team during Monthly Buying session
• Preparing line sheets and facilitate work flow during buying session as needed
• Creating technical flat drawing and hand sketches for presentation boards and tech packs.
• Supporting design team post buying session with required follow-ups
• Responsible for organising and maintaining fabric swatch library and trims.

Product Development

• Support product developers during fitting sessions by preparing the garments before and after each fitting session
• Maintain our online library of garment costing sheets and graded specs

Design & Development Operations

• Specifying design attributes of garments and documenting the information into internal platform
• Supporting our daily logistical needs via the packing and unpacking of shipment parcels
• Maintaining the archive room on weekly basis
• Preparing garments needed for photoshoot
• Performing additional duties and assignments, as requested.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's graduate or relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good eye for detail, with a genuine interest in products and understanding how the industry works
• Highly organised and able to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
