Your field of responsibility
Join us as Junior Equity Sales to provide advisory and execution on Equities and Structured Products to Direct-Access-Clients (DACs), including UHNW, Global Family Office, Financial Intermediaries. You will be working with a team of sales advisors to provide timely tactical trading ideas via macro, fundamental, and technical analysis, on the back of our Research and House View. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs including goals/ objectives and risk tolerance. You will also have to identify sales opportunities, coordinate efforts, monitor progress, drive for efficiency, and adhere to guidelines & policies.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about investment solutions, together with strong communication and relationship building skills.
- At least 2 years of working experiences in equities and/or structured products. Experience in Fixed-Income or other asset classes is a plus.
- Diligent work approach with respect to our risk and control obligations, as well as passion for driving improvement.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (orally and written) is mandatory given the market coverage.
- University degree. CFA/ FRM / CAIA holder is a plus.
